The most general service I offer is one-on-one individual therapy. This is the most open space of all. There’s room for any concern you bring in, whether it’s something you’ve been carrying for years or something that surfaced only recently.

We don’t start with a fixed roadmap. Instead, we spend time understanding what you’re facing, and together we figure out what approach and pace will make therapy most effective for you.

Individual therapy is a great starting point if you’re not sure exactly what you need, or if your concerns don’t fit neatly into a single category. It’s flexible by design, and it can evolve just as you do. Many of the areas I specialize in can also be explored within this general format.

If you’re looking for something more focused, I also offer specialized sessions in Financial Therapy and Psychedelic Integration. Unlike individual therapy’s open format, these come with a more defined direction from the start. Each is built around a specific area of focus, with its own approach and structure suited to that work.

That said, choosing a specialized approach doesn’t mean other parts of your life are off the table. In reality, things are rarely so neatly separated.

Our concerns tend to be tangled and connected to one another. So rather than being restrictive, the specialty acts more like a compass. It gives our discussions and exercises a starting direction, while still leaving room for whatever else comes up along the way.

You can learn more about each below, or if you’re unsure which is the right fit, feel free to reach out and we can talk it through together.

If you’re exploring the idea of psychedelic integration, my page on psychedelic integration therapy walks through what that work looks like.
